Special drafting provisions may be entered in various sections of the Questionnaire without incurring additional fees. However, any time a trust draft request contains lengthy provisions, an additional drafting fee must be remitted (these provisions require entry under the “Additional Drafting Provisions” section on page 11 of the Questionnaire).

In some instances additional drafting provisions may extend the trust preparation time by up to five business days.
