The CMS (Client Management Services) Support activity relative to the implementation and processing of this Dynamic Trust transaction shall be performed, on behalf of the Client, by either the Advisor of Record alone or by the CMS Office staff (MLCP / Dynamic Trust support office personnel) or by both working together. The CMS Support Fee is NOT A COMMISSION, and cannot be deemed as such, but rather it helps compensate for the implementation time invested by either party, as applicable, when opted for and agreed upon by the Client as per the transaction event.
