| Spanish-Translated Power of Attorney |
The eStatePlan™ is written and recorded in
English and will be administered through the English language. However,
Spanish-speaking (only) clients may utilize The eStatePlan™ for their own
personal Revocable Living Trust / estate plan by appointing a bilingual Power of
Attorney Agent who will assist the client and the client's advisor in the
funding and full implementation of The eStatePlan™. In addition, an ITS
bilingual attorney will provide the Legal Suitability Review. With this
Ancillary Order, the Spanish-Translated POA will be made available in the Client
Console for printing, signing and uploading to the
