Attorney Network Registry

Welcome to the ITS Attorney Network Registry also known as the Legal Network Registry (LNR).  The Registry is a selection of Networking Attorneys aggregately licensed in the 50 states and Washington, D.C.  Each registered attorney offers personal legal services to individual clients wanting to utilize the products and services provided through this network.

In the Registry, you may click on the state of your client's domicile (or the jurisdiction where your client believes he wants to otherwise establish his trust) and the names of the network attorneys licensed in that state will appear.  For your client’s due diligence, the registrant names also serve as Internet links to the corresponding law office websites.

Next to each registrant name, you will see a 2-letter state abbreviation followed by a 5-digit number/letter set.  The corresponding entries comprise a separate ID code for each registrant.  These separate ID codes are Attorney Registration Numbers (ARNs).  When an CDQ is uploaded with a valid ARN then that particular attorney will be sent a responder email notification that he/she was selected to provide transactional legal services for the client identified in the CDQ.

Across from the ARN is the attorney's (one-time) Transaction Fee (T/F) amount and Hourly Rate (H/R) amount.  The transaction fee amount covers (a) the cost of the attorney's initial interview to determine the level of suitability of the proposed estate plan and the collection of additional data as needed; (b) the attorney's online management of document preparation; and (c) up to 30 minutes of attorney/client conferencing.  The attorney may invoice the client per the hourly rate amount for aggregated conferencing time exceeding 30 minutes.

NOTE:  If the client selects an attorney who is not listed in the Legal Network Registry then a non-registered default ARN must be entered; the CDQ cannot be uploaded without submitting an ARN.  The non-registered default ARN to use in all such cases is 09000.
